Canon PIXMA MG3650 Driver Download– Canon’s new PIXMA MG3650 is an affordable and versatile multi-purpose inkjet printer for home users, but as usual with low cost printers, you’ll need to keep an eye on your spare ink cartridge costs

The price of £61.99, which quoted-as usual-the recommended price of the manufacturer.
Low cost means MG3650 are not too many decorations. There is no LCD control screen, for example. There is only one small set of buttons in the upper left corner of the printer and phrases that come to mind when checking the quality of the compilation “Cheap and cheerful “.
The scanner lid looked very thin and we almost pulled it when you first set up the printer. It does not even have a suitable inner paper tray, instead of relying on a small plastic flap that folds from the front of the device to keep the stack up to 100 A4 pieces of paper. But at least it makes the overall size of the printer down and the MG3650 will easily fit in the nearest shelf or table without taking too much space.
Features
There may not be a color screen, but you’ll find all the basic print features you might need. In addition to the main printers, scanners and copiers, MG3650 provides USB connectivity and Wi-Fi as well as duplex printing and support (duplex) for Apple AirPrint for iOS devices. There are also apps for iOS and Android that provide additional photo printing options, as well as the ability to control the scanner and save scanned images directly to your mobile device.
Performance
Print performance is also good for low-cost devices. Print speed is relatively simple – we have nine pages per minute when printing a simple text document and 5ppm for color, while the printed postcard 6x4in takes 50 seconds – but it should be fine for common daily use at home. The text and graphic output are good and our print images are bright and colorful, so the MG3650 can, of course, process different print jobs.
However, the alarm bells started ringing as soon as we saw the small size of the Canon ink cartridge. The price does not look too bad until you find that the black cartridge only lasts 180 pages that run at over 6p per page – astronomical price for simple text printing. Fortunately, the larger XL black cartridge provides better value, costing around £17 to 600 pages. It brings the price down to 2.8 p per page, but even this is still slightly above the average for mono printing.
Fortunately, color printing is more sensible. In £14, the standard tri-color cartridge gives you a price of about 7.8 p of pennies per page that is fairly flat for inkjet color printing. Climbed to the XL cassette in £18 and the price dropped to 4.5 p per page which was very reasonable. However, the high cost of the Canon black ink cartridges is still disappointing. Canon’s opponents have introduced new products such as Epson Ecotank printers and HP Instant ink subscriptions, making it much to reduce the cost of long-term printing, while Canon seems to be governed by the traditional approach in sell printers with Cheap and earn big profits from the backup cartridges.
